Wonderful Coastal Hotel Experience

The room had air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. I found the location perfect, right in the center. This location overlooked the harbor, it was charmed. I also was only a two-minute walk to the ferry jetty and bus stops.
i noticed that the curtains were falling off slightly. This was not a major issue but could be addressed.

Breakfast was really good (the croissants were really good!). The restaurant offered a wide selection of dishes and wines for dinner. The staff were very attentive, and the service was prompt and friendly.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It was a charming building with unique, historic features. The breakfast was quite good. It offered many choices and was included in the price.
My bathroom felt a little cramped. The complimentary tray lacked milk. I found this inconvenient. The fish and chips I ordered one evening came without sauce and vinegar until I was almost finished.

This hotel has spacious rooms and friendly staff. I found the breakfast perfect. The poached eggs were cooked beautifully EACH morning of my stay. I also appreciated the upgrade to a river-facing room, a generous gesture for my special occasion.
The bathroom felt a little cramped. I think some more space would improve the overall experience.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Joy provided really good service during my meal. Her attentiveness and care enhanced my dining experience. The waitresses were amazing, too.

The bars downstairs are snug and comfy. I loved the quirkiness of the building. ITS historical character shines through. The building's uneven floors add charm and uniqueness to the hotel's atmosphere.
