convenient stay!

friendly staff central location
i found the staff very friendly and helpful! the location was central for visiting the barbican and the hoe. i also appreciated the parking at the rear of the hotel with direct hotel access.
the room was a bit plain and some furniture looked a little tired! also, the television didn't work ! this was a minor inconvenience.

The staff were helpful, they booked a taxi for me to the station. The room was spacious and very clean. Toiletries were adequate. Its location is great. Many sites are nearby. I would definitely stay again.
The room was plain, the furniture is old. Lighting was not good. One bedside light did not work. The basin did not drain. I also found only a small amount of toiletries provided for a two-night stay.

excellent value and location

perfect location super clean room good choice
the location was perfect, close to both the city centre and the hoe. the room was super clean, and i appreciated the ironing board, iron, and fan. breakfast offered a good choice, a freshly cooked full english, i couldn't fault it.
the family room i had included an air con fan, it had a sign saying 'do not turn off this fan'. the fan was ridiculously loud, and i woke up at 4am, unable to get back to sleep.

The location is ideal, close to the theatre and the city centre. The room was clean and I found the bed comfortable. The tea and coffee facilities included plenty of tea bags. Breakfast is served in the basement. It featured an excellent choice of cereals, pastries, and cooked options, particularly the good quality sausages. I will definitely stay here again!
the shower door was backwards. There was also no shelf for toiletries inside the shower, so I had to leave the door open. It was a minor inconvenience. Nonetheless, it was a negative aspect.

I found the staff friendly (especially wendy!), and they provided excellent recommendations. the location was superb. It was just a short stroll to key attractions. the room was clean and spacious. parking behind the building was convenient.
i noticed a light that wouldn't turn off in my room and, despite reporting it, the issue was not resolved . (this was just a small thing though!).
