i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the breakfast offered a full english option with porridge and trimmings. the evening meal included three courses with choices like soup, lasagna, and cheesecake. the bar service was efficient and quick.

i noticed there were very few disabled facilities. i met many disabled guests who would have benefitted from a disabled access loo on the ground floor.
