this visit was certainly a great value. the room was clean and very spacious. i found that the free netflix on the tv was a real nice addition.
the shower water pressure was not great. it was hard to adjust, often being either too hot or too cold, it was very frustrating.

the hotel benefits from its proximity to the main attractions. many destinations are accessible by foot. this greatly simplified my travel arrangements and made exploring very easy.

the room included a comfortable bed, which allowed restful sleep. there was a big window that let in plenty of natural light. i could even see the tower from my window at night.

the staff were helpful . mitch were pretty good too ensure i had the best experience possible. this level of service greatly enhanced my visit.

the netflix was a amazing bonus, you know. we both love to watch our tv, so this made it that extra bit more comfy, it did. the bed was so comfy i never wanted to leave it. the door code had a issue but staff resolved it quickly, so nothing really bad there.
the description was not correct i think. it never had simple things, like a hair dryer, you know. the towels were small and not fluffy. the room was very basic and small for a superior room, it could of been bigger.

The location was ideal.. i found myself just a short walk from the promenade. the staff was helpful in resolving a minor issue with the door code, they addressed it quickly. i loved having netflix available. It added a cozy touch to the evenings.
the stair carpet looked quite frayed, which wasn't the best first impression as i entered. the stairs and lobby were very narrow.. it felt a bit cramped. i found there was nowhere to hang my clothes so i had to leave everything in my case on the floor.
