the staff seemed friendly and it was decently priced.
the room was in terrible condition and it was dirty. i asked for the bed sheets to be changed, i came back and found just a clean sheet over the top of the dirty one. i had to remove the dirty sheet myself. the reception area was also dirty.

Arriving late, i was greeted warmly! helen, the owner. the hotel's location was superb, close to everything i wanted to see. the price was also a very pleasant surprise. I found it great value for money.

While i did not eat at the hotel, its closeness to various eating places was beneficial. Simon and helen offered dining advice. they helped find local spots to enjoy meals. this saved time.

The staff were accommodating. They promptly addressed an issue. the owner changed my room to downstairs for my older friend. this thoughtful gesture helped him. it was really appreciated.

the owners, simon and helen, were amazing. they helped me with local information. they even provided extra towels upon request, very swiftly. the location was very close to the sea and other amenities.
the floors are a bit slant, but it does not impede the quality of the stay.

The staff were lovely and always ready to help. when i asked for extra towels, i received them quickly. the room was clean. I noticed the bathroom fixtures were super clean. the hotel's location is quite convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions.
the television in my room had a slightly fuzzy picture.

Helen was very cute and allowed us to drop off our luggage early so we could explore the town. The location is superb, very close to the sea and local amenities.
