I was greeted with really good service. my room included tea and coffee making facilities. It was so convenient!

The staff was helpful. The location was close to attractions. I easily accessed the hotel. The room had space, though the bathroom was small.

an ok stay, with some issues
dirty room dirty reception
the staff seemed friendly and it was decently priced.
the room was in terrible condition and it was dirty. i asked for the bed sheets to be changed, i came back and found just a clean sheet over the top of the dirty one. i had to remove the dirty sheet myself. the reception area was also dirty.

warm welcome superb location pleasant surprise great value
Arriving late, i was greeted warmly! helen, the owner. the hotel's location was superb, close to everything i wanted to see. the price was also a very pleasant surprise. I found it great value for money.

helpful owners extra towels great location
the owners, simon and helen, were amazing. they helped me with local information. they even provided extra towels upon request, very swiftly. the location was very close to the sea and other amenities.
the floors are a bit slant, but it does not impede the quality of the stay.

helpful staff quick service super clean fixtures convenient location
The staff were lovely and always ready to help. when i asked for extra towels, i received them quickly. the room was clean. I noticed the bathroom fixtures were super clean. the hotel's location is quite convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions.
the television in my room had a slightly fuzzy picture.

the breakfast area provides a selection of cereals, toast, and juices each morning. the coffee machine is easy to use and dispenses various hot drinks. the dining area is bright and well kept.

early drop-off superb location
Helen was very cute and allowed us to drop off our luggage early so we could explore the town. The location is superb, very close to the sea and local amenities.
