The reception desk staff seemed friendly enough.
I was disappointed by several issues. The room was not to have been cleaned properly. I noticed coffee stains on the nightstands and dust on most surfaces. Requesting items from housekeeping, such as drinking water, often took an excessive amount of time (30 minutes to 1 hour).

the breakfast had A good variety. there were many options to choose.
the room seemed not properly cleaned. i noticed coffee stains on the night stands, and there was dust on almost every surface. i even found a used toothbrush and some trash in one of the night stand drawers. getting drinking water from housekeeping took a long time sometimes.

The beach access was AMAZING!!! the hotel provided complimentary sunscreen and water. That was a thoughtful touch. the breakfast buffet offered an array of fresh fruits and salmon. It was definitely a highlight.

the location is amazing its just a short distance from the city center and close to the burj khalifa the hotel itself is beautiful with interesting decor the private beach is really nice. the food and service were great i enjoyed the pool area too. the staff was friendly and helpful super clean clean.
the water in the glass bottle had a bad taste i noticed this after refilling it a few times.
