Wonderful Hospitality and Convenient Location

The hotel staff displayed wonderful hospitality and polite behavior. The location is central and near a metro station, made traveling easy. The front office team was responsive and professional I found the breakfast satisfying! Parwaz was very attentive and helpful during check-in.

I noticed the water pressure at the sink was weak. I wish the hotel would address it soon!

This hotel had issues that bothered me. The AC was really acting up. It couldn't cool the room properly and made a racket all night long (not ideal for sleeping!). The breakfast selection was also pretty uninspired, almost the same stuff every single morning.
