I found the staff really helpful. They allowed an early check-in. the hotel's central location meant every landmark and attraction was within walking distance. the shower in my room was also quite nice.

the reception staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival they offered port wine and a pastel de nata. the location is fantastic offering easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. i found the beds quite comfortable . the bathroom seemed luxurious and well appointed enhancing my stay.

the room included modern decor and sufficient space for luggage storage it also had a well functioning air conditioning system maintaining a comfortable temperature. i noticed the soundproofing was effective minimizing street noise contributing to a restful environment

the walls were a little thin, and i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.
