the staff were very friendly, especially the lifeguard, victor. He was so helpful and great with all the children! our room had a lovely balcony, complete with two sun loungers and another balcony set up with a table and chairs. the staff really could not do enough for you.

The numerous signs at the buffet strictly prohibited guests from taking food out. The tone and quantity of these signs created a negative atmosphere. i also saw cockroaches several times during breakfast, unacceptable for any hotel.

The breakfast included a good selection of items. i noticed fresh fruits and vegetables were available. there were some restaurants and supermarkets very near the premises. This made it easy to get what i needed!

the apartment easily accommodated all of us. the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. the apartment felt spacious, comfortable and clean. the beds were very comfortable!

The hotel has a free shuttle bus that runs to the strip every hour, which i used. it is about a 15 minute walk to the los cristianos strip, for those who prefer to walk. a supermarket is on site. It closes at 10pm.

I thought the breakfast had good variety. the apartment included beautiful views plus updated kitchen and bathrooms. value for money was great as the two-bed apartment between three of us was perfect. Everyone had their own sleeping area and a second bathroom.

The pool nr. 3 start work at 9.00. I found this a bit too late.

The apartment includes two storeys with two bathrooms and two balconies. These overlook the pool and sea. the apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious plus has everything needed for self catering. beds are comfortable.

The complex has a clean, decent sized pool with really good quality loungers and umbrellas. guests can also use the pool at a sister hotel. This pool has more activities. there is a handy shuttle bus down to the beach.

it is easy to get to the beach on the free bus. there are several good restaurants within a 5 minutes walk providing a good variety. the bus stop for the airport is only a 15 minute walk.

i liked that the lifeguard was nice and helpful. he was always making sure everyone was okay.

i was pretty frustrated by the room. we found a cockroach in the kitchen, a real bummer. the smell of bleach was strong, we had to air it out. no drinking water in the room felt cheap, especially considering the price.
