the beautiful double room extra bed provided ample space it was meticulously clean i appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities available in the room i found them very convenient the tv offered netflix access a feature i enjoyed for entertainment
i noticed the absence of easily accessible plug sockets near the bedside lamps it posed a minor inconvenience

modern room NEAR the SEA
double bed short walk strong shower
the room featured two double beds located at opposite ends. a short walk led to the high street AND the sea. the shower provided a strong water flow, which i apreciated.
the room had a broken toilet and TWO dirty cups. cabinet drawers had grime at the top. finding someone on site to talk to was impossible.

i stayed in a modernly decorated room. it was spacious, which i appreciated. the location was great (easy walk to the sea front).
the bedding was very thin. there were no drawers or cupboards in the room. also, there was not even a mirror (i needed one to shave).

The room was clean. That was good.
The room got really warm. A bigger fan would help. the small desk fan barely cooled the room down. the evenings were hard.

The room size was AMAZING for our family of four. The location was great. It was near shops and the seafront. The room included complimentary tea, coffee, a kettle, a hairdryer. an iron with an ironing board.
The room was a bit too warm. I think a bigger fan would improve ventilation. It was difficult, especially in the evenings, since the small desk fan barely helped cool us down.

Communication was very good, and accessing the hotel was easy. There is food available in the basement café, but I did not use it. I appreciated the simple check-in using a key code.

surprisingly great value and location

The shower was really good. I think it was the best shower i've ever used. it had a big square rain head plus an extra movable massage head that really helped ease my aches. my room was large with a nice wall-mounted smart tv and a desk beneath it. two big windows were also a nice touch.
i noticed small holes and dents in the walls, which detracted a bit from a professional appearance.
