warm pool pool bar light apartment broken remote outdated room faulty door
the pool was warm and lovely. the pool bar was also very nice to have. the hot tub apartment was generous and light. snack bar meals were great portions, cooked with care and drinks were reasonably priced.
the tvs were not working, and the remotes were broken. the room itself was out of date. the main en-suite bedroom to terrace did not open because it was out of the frame.

Fine Stay in a Lovely Apartment
utilities helpful staff cute staff
The apartment had utilities for self-catering and felt so homey. Staff were helpful and cute, I'm charmed. It's a nice walk to get to the front, accessible by a cut through so it's really easy to return here. The communal pool area included a nice bar and a perfect hot tub on the balcony.
The apartment, for the money, was certainly not a great value.

The pool bar selling drinks and food looked good and offered some nice refreshments. The bar closed at 6 PM. I never managed to get there in time. They did serve a good welcome cocktail though.

the apartment facilities were good amenities were close i found the staff friendly. the apartment was very clean i noticed. i loved that location. the staff were helpful i observed. they would go out of their way for you.
the courtesy showers area was not good on my departure day. the shower was cold it had no pressure it was not a great end to my holiday. the tv did not work the remote was broken it was out of date i observed. the room itself was out of date.

amazing apartment!
clean apartment equipped kitchen large balcony
The apartment was very clean. Super clean, in fact! cleaners came almost every day, amazing. the kitchen was equipped fully with washing up liquid, cloths, and dishwasher tablets provided, super helpful. i loved the big balcony with loungers. It was perfect.
The area for courtesy showers on departure day when checking out late needs improvement. It wasn't very Pleasant! the cold shower and lack of pressure made for an unpleasant end to my holiday.

the location is good with amazing views! the resort is close to amadores beach, a short walk away. bars and shops at europa centre are also conveniently located within a 10-minute walk.

The staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful. the reception ladies were lovely! the resort staff was accommodating. They always had a smile.

The apartment includes a very large terrace. A great jacuzzi was available for private use. The ocean view from the room wonderful. The kitchen came well equipped with necessary utensils.
The gym included only a limited selection of equipment.

The hotel provides easy beach access for walking. A little cut through exists that allows convenient access. A shuttle bus runs to the front and back multiple times daily.

A pool bar exists with reasonably priced drinks. The snack bar portions seemed generous. Food was cooked carefully and tasted very good. The food prices at the bar seemed fair.

The communal pool area includes a bar. Mini golf exists along with a table tennis area. The hotel provide a boules court for entertainment. There is a lovely warm pool.
