the room was quite warm, it had everything i needed. i had a mini fridge so it was great for storing snacks. the shower worked great. i asked to check in early and the staff were very accommodating. they couldn't been more helpful.
the options for breakfast were fairly limited, there was no fresh fruit available. i was expecting more variety in the breakfast selection.

the location was perfect with free on-site parking which proved very helpful. the room was clean and i found the en suite bathroom well-kept. breakfast included a decent full english which was a great way to start the day.
the walls felt a little thin, and i could occasionally hear noise from adjacent rooms.

I found the free off-road parking especially convenient. the hotel is within a ten minute walk to the train station.. this made trips to central london simple. i appreciated the mini fridge in the room. It helped keep snacks and drinks cold. breakfast was a lovely experience with a great selection available.
the water pressure in the shower varied a bit, switching from normal to almost nonexistent, a bit irritating.

I loved how close the hotel was to the tube station. It made getting around super easy. the welcome at reception was great. I was escorted to my room, a lovely surprise. the double-headed walk-in shower was a dream. I felt so refreshed after using it!
The breakfast selection could use a little improvement. I wished there were more options beyond the full english.
