the location is very central! it is close to many attractions. the staff members were genuinely helpful with directions and recommendations. the rooftop bar offers excellent skyline views of the city. i liked the convenient access to public transportation nearby.

the service IS fantastic and SO attentive. my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, i LOVED it. the location is amazing, major point of attractions are only minutes away if you walk.

the hot water takes A while to come out of the faucet. there is little light in the bathroom. the air extractor IS pretty noisy.

The location was great. i could easily walk to many restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful, ESPECIALLY with directions. my room included plenty of storage space. That helped keep things tidy.

The shower head was too high for me. It sprayed sparsely. i could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. sometimes it sounded like people were standing in my room talking.
