My room had a great view of the square. it felt safe as a solo traveler because the staff was always available. i really appreciated the cafe downstairs, very handy for quick meals. Plus, the laundry service was quick.

The location is central. It's just a short walk to many attractions. i found puerta del sol very close. This proximity made exploring the area easy, especially for main tourist spots. the hotel is so central.
