Great Location and Comfortable Stay

I found the pillow selection excellent. The thick pillows were a welcome change. The vending machine on my floor offered convenient access to snacks and drinks. I thought the location was great. Everything was easily accessible.

i appreciated the pillow options available i could choose between thin and thick pillows there was also a vending machine with snacks and drinks on my floor this was a convenient feature the room provided good value for the price i paid
the corridor was a bit noisy at times this slightly impacted my sleep

small roomout lightbulb
The room felt a bit SMALL. a lightbulb in the bathroom was out and never got replaced even after i mentioned it. the breakfast buffet was very basic. I hoped for a bit more variety. the coffee machine was often out of order, a real annoyance in the mornings.

The location is good! It sits near the subway station. I walked to the Duomo and Galleria in about 20 minutes. The reception staff is also very nice and so helpful, too!
The room felt tired. It was a dated space. There were no tea or coffee facilities to use, that was a bummer. The air con did not work good! I did not sleep well because the room was too hot.

The location proved ideal, very close to the metro. i found i could easily travel around. the breakfast options were varied. I especially liked the fresh pastries.

slow refillsbad insulation
The breakfast room felt cramped, hardly any space to move around in. Refills were slow. street noise really got to me because of bad window insulation. The constant noise made it tough to relax.
