Clean Hotel with Great Location

The staff was amazing . Krystin and Yana were helpful. They gave me all the information I needed so I have a nice stay and enjoy the main tourist spots.
Soundproofing was a problem. I could hear everything in the hall and next door. I was not in my room very much, but for sleeping and I would not stay more than one night.

The hotel is near public transport stops. The hotel is also close to the city center and the duomo. Plenty of bars and restaurants are just outside in the same street.

The staff is kind and very friendly. I dont speak italian and had no issues with communication. They are very attentive and helpful. One staff member helped me find information of the city and the hotel.

There is a coffee machine in the public area. This machine offer some hot chocolate or milk for breakfast. Free coffee machines and still sparkling water are in the common area.

The hotel has been recently renovated. The hotel room was clean. I noticed the ac worked beautifully. My room was also very quiet .

The staff was nice and always ready to help with any requests. I appreciated that the location was good and the area was quiet. My room, though for a single bed, was spacious and included all needed amenities. A smell of cleanliness was everywhere.
Soundproofing was non-existent. I could hear everything in the hall and next door.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and cute. They provided AMAZING assistance . Complimentary coffee and tea were available downstairs. This was very convenient. They always wore a smile.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It provides easy access to many attractions. I could find a beer bar by the very entrance, and a couple of restaurants on the opposite side of the road. Public transport was easily accessible.

I had a single room, and it was super clean and comfy. It was perfect for sightseeing. The bed was comfortable. I slept very well. There are new facilities.
