The staff were very helpful. They assisted with all my needs. The location was close to both the central train station and a metro station. I found this convenient. The grocery store was just 50 meters from the hotel, and this made it very easy to pick up supplies. The room was also very clean.
There was no hot water to shower one morning, slightly inconvenient.

lack of hot waterinconvenient service requests
The lack of hot water one morning was unacceptable. A shower is a basic expectation, and I found the cold water quite jarring. The necessity to request services such as turning on the freezer or replacing towels at reception was like a needless inconvenience. It disrupted the flow of my stay and seemed inefficient.

the staff at the front desk was good and helpful.
The air conditioner was noisy, it kept me up, and i also found a lack of basic amenities such as a toothbrush or a shower cap in the room. i think these small touches really make a difference, but the hotel didn't provide them. It felt quite cheap. this oversight definitely impacted the quality of my stay.

The walk from the railway station took about fifteen minutes. It felt long with luggage.
