nice staff efficient staff good variety soft furniture bare room hot water
The staff was quite nice and efficient. The facilities in the hotel suited my needs perfectly. Breakfast had a good variety of different food, and i found that quite satisfactory.
The room was very bare with no soft furniture. I planned to take a shower in the morning. only hot water was coming out of the shower, and that was very inconvenient.

the front desk team was very helpful and friendly. rooms were clean. there were easy transportation links with a tram stop across the road (i used it daily!).
the bed was hard. there were no bedside lights (a big inconvenience!). people shouted outside at night and that led to poor sleep.

modern hotel helpful staff close supermarket
The hotel is modern and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was pleased to find a supermarket, laundromat, and restaurant so close. The bus stop and tobacco shop are nearby too.
I noticed there was no mini-fridge in my room. It would have been very useful to have this available.

amazing staff helpful reception convenient transport
The staff was amazing. They helped me with directions. They were friendly and always available at the reception. I also appreciated the convenient public transport access.
The soundproofing was not perfect , as I could hear some noise from the hallway.

friendly staff nice selection easy access
I found the staff very friendly and helpful . breakfast had a nice selection of items. I especially liked the croissants. easy access to the public transport made exploring the city simple.
the pillows were very basic and thin, though i did get an extra one when i requested it.

The tram stop is right outside the hotel, a big plus for getting around. I noticed a supermarket and a laundromat nearby! a restaurant with good food is also within walking distance. This made the location very convenient.
