The location is fantastic! Two different subways are very close. I was able to easily tour everywhere. I also saw the iconic landmark from my window.
The service needs improvement. I requested to store my luggage upon my early arrival. A male staff member gave an unhelpful attitude and seemed irritated. The check-in was not personal as I was directed to a machine.

I was very happy with the massage chair in the room. It was a very nice amenity after a long day. The hotel location was PRIME near stations. I stored luggage at the reception during the day without issue.
The room was small. THE space around the bed was limited, a slight inconvenience.

the location IS very central. I walked only two minutes from the train station. Restaurants, bars and convenience stores are close. Rooms have good water pressure in the shower. The room included a tasty breakfast at the restaurant, but options were the same daily.
the check in process felt impersonal. the staff used number cards to point to machines. controls in the room are ONLY in japanese.

The desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Door tags show different services. The hotel offers a luggage service for leaving bags behind safely until midnight. This allows final plans without luggage worries.

tea and coffee were available on the 4th floor anytime. The luggage lock up area was useful. There is a luggage forwarding service. I could send bags to the next hotel for a good price.

Breakfast featured a varied buffet. the price was affordable. i liked the coffee. A convenience store is just one minute from the hotel entrance. This provides quick access to snacks and drinks.

the location is close to the subway station. many restaurants and shops are nearby. the electric massage chair was a plus. i found it relaxing after a long day.
the water cups were plastic. i prefer ceramic or glass. the fabric cover on the chair could cause skin sensitivity. a leather or plastic surface would be better. we could feel some skin irritation.
