The staff was very kind and allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout. It was a convenient option. There are multiple convenience stores within walking distance. The area was bright and bustling.
The room was REALLY small. There was no room for my suitcase. I had to store it under the bed and pull it out each time I needed something. The area felt unsafe, especially at night. It is located in the red light district.

The location was not ideal. It was in a red-light district (who knew?), and I certainly did not feel safe walking around at night. The room was also small. There was hardly any space for my suitcase. I had to store it under the bed, a hassle. The bathroom smelled funny on the first day. It made me wonder about the cleanliness.

The location is great as it is close to shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast had many options, from Japanese to European styles.. so many delicious choices. I loved the comfy bed.
The room was small, and there was little natural light. The bathroom sink had a slight odor when I arrived. The air conditioning seemed to be controlled by the front desk based on the outside temperature, which wasn't ideal for me.

Central location, compact room

The hotel had a great location near Shinjuku station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the available laundry system with a timer display on the TVs, very useful. They provided fresh towels and water daily, so that was a PLUS.
The room was quite small. There was hardly enough space for two people. It was difficult to move around with luggage.
Rooms

The room included amenities such as a robe, slippers, and a hairdryer. The bathroom was in good condition and clean. It was well-kept. My single room offered adequate space, particularly suitable for one person.
Location

The hotel is situated in Kabukicho, near Shinjuku's core. I found the proximity to many shops and restaurants convenient. The location offered easy access to transportation options, facilitating exploration.
Service

The staff was polite. I found them willing to assist with requests. An iron and ironing board are available upon request at the front desk located on the first floor, really useful

I expected a bit more. The staff are friendly, yet the breakfast options did not change much . The same dishes looked everyday and I found very few choices for someone avoiding heavy meals. The room size was smaller, and storing luggage was difficult.
