The hotel's proximity to the subway line made travel easy for me (i could zip around effortlessly!). the cleaning staff maintained the facilities very well. i appreciated the helpfulness of the hotel staff. They quickly resolved my accidental lockout. the lobby also provided toiletries, a thoughtful touch for forgotten items.
i found that the hotel only having two washers and two dryers for all guests was quite insufficient.

The location is very accessible to train stations , which was fine.
The room I got was small , and opening my suitcase became a logistical nightmare. I stayed in August and the room felt quite warm . The air conditioning was either freezing or ineffective. The bathroom seemed designed for someone much smaller , I think.

I appreciated how close the hotel was to the Sengakuji train station. It made travel very easy to many places. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel provided a public bath, a feature I found refreshing after a day of exploring. The included breakfast had many delicious options.
The room was quite small , made it a little difficult to manage luggage.
