The room felt spacious and very clean. it included all necessary amenities! it was great that the hotel is dog friendly. I found this feature particularly useful. the hotel is located close by car to the town center, and a place offering food is situated right next door.
the bathroom extractor fan wasn't working, and there were no toiletries provided as advertised. these issues were reported, but the fan wasn't fixed.

the staff provided great service . they were very friendly and accommodating, though there were only a few guests at the time, made things easier for them.

parking was directly outside the door, which proved very convenient. the breakfast i had was great. there was local live music in the evening, i found this to be a lucky coincidence. tea and coffee were available in the room.

the staff were friendly at breakfast it was easy to find the hotel. the bed felt comfortable the room was clean. there were only stairs to climb to one level.
the bathroom extractor fan was not working there were no opening windows in the bathroom. no toiletries as advertised were available i reported the fan issue but it wasn't fixed. an outside window had a large extractor fan this ran all night and was very noisy.

Check-in was straightforward I received proactive communication regarding late arrival instructions. The room I stayed in was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included and provided many delicious options. The staff were helpful and friendly .
The bathroom did not have adequate furniture space to place toiletries. I found this inconvenient when trying to organise my belongings. The sink area was particularly lacking in space to set items.

Parking is available in front of the hotel for all guests which I found really convenient. I noted cooked-to-order options were available with warm pastries, alongside fresh fruit in the breakfast area that I visited.

The location is away from the tourist areas though it remains easily accessible. I noticed that the hotel is in a quiet spot. It provides convenient access to the beauty of the surrounding region.
