perfect locationfriendly stafflovely way
The location was perfect for exploring. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room provided a lovely way to relax. The hotel also provides very good Wi-Fi.

The staff was efficient and very helpful, addressing my inquiries promptly. They offered a cute atmosphere. The receptionist was very kind to accommodate our needs upon arrival, which I appreciated.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the Full Scottish Breakfast, a great way to start the day. Everything tasted very fresh.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! an extra heater was put in the room. It heated up in less than 10 minutes! the bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have slept on in years! it's a perfect location to the main street, only about a 3-minute walk.
The shower was awful. the pool was dirty. There were dead flies and wasps there for three days. there was also a large green moldy patch on the floor.

staff were always on hand and super professional. the breakfast and kitchen teams showed great efficiency and were cute. their service was great and the food was AMAZING!!! the lounge and reception area were trendy.
