the location was great near the loch and mountains. the pod had everything i needed. the pine marten pub offered a relaxed vibe with good food and drinks. breakfast had a wide choice at a reasonable price with long serving hours.
the lock for the common toilets and bathroom unexpectedly broke. it would be nice if the entrance faced some open area.

The facilities included well-lit steps to the toilet and shower area. I saw that a sauna was available. the laundry services are available. i used the well kept common areas .

the hotel is close to loch morlich. cairngorms villages and towns are nearby. multiple walking routes are accessible. it is a two-minute walk to the loch shore.

the bar offers tasty food served quickly at an excellent value. there's a good vibe in the pub. i found the breakfast selection had many options. we loved the food.

The pod provided essential amenities like a fridge , microwave , and kettle. Heating kept the space very warm throughout the night , which I appreciated. I also found the sofa bed comfortable for a single person , without needing to fully extend it. The short walk to the beach was a great advantage.
The bar got busy. It was challenging to secure a table for dinner during peak hours.

The location is convenient. Loch Morlich is only a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pod had all the basics I needed for my stay (the heater was good).
The pod smelled slightly damp. The beds were not especially comfortable. I found the food at the bar to be overpriced (the quality wasn't great).
