helpful staff great location cooked breakfast empty bin limited parking unavailable lounge
i found the staff very cute. i also appreciated the recommendations for nearby restaurants. the location was close to the station. i enjoyed the cooked breakfast and the lovely host. i look forward to returning.
the bedroom lacked spoons for tea. the bin had not been emptied after the last guest. there were only two pillows available for two people. the guest lounge was not available. parking was limited. it was a tight squeeze.

Acceptable Stay, but Mattress Problems
sagging mattress rattling window
The staff were polite, which I did appreciate.
The mattress in my room was dreadful. It sagged badly. The window rattled all night because it wouldn't close properly. The breakfast was just adequate. Nothing special.

friendly staff good breakfast convenient location
The staff were friendly and helpful . breakfast was substantial with good choice. It provided more than enough to start the day. the location worked out well for my planned visits around the area.
I found the parking space quite limited. It was a tight squeeze to park.

The hotel had clean, high-standard facilities. I noticed the comfortable bedding. there was also a great central location near the station, this made getting around easy.

breakfast was very good. the english breakfast was offered. juices, cereals, toast, pastries, fruit, fruit salad, coffee and tea. the food was AMAZING!!!

good host excellent breakfast friendly staff
The host was very good. Breakfast was excellent, i found. the parking area has availability. It accommodates a good number of vehicles, i think. the staff was friendly. I felt no request was a bother to them.

warm welcome short break friendly staff
i was warmly welcomed by james, the owner. the room included everything i needed for my short break. the location is close to all amenities. staff served breakfast and were very friendly.
I found only two pillows for two people. There were no spoons in the bedroom for tea. the bin had not been emptied since the last guest.

rattling door limited breakfast
The location was near the town centre. It was easy to find.
The windows in the room could not shut completely. This resulted in the bathroom door rattling. breakfast was only adequate. It lacked variety.
