helpful staffefficient check-inrepetitive food
the staff were very helpful . the receptionist was professional and courteous. check-in was efficient. the room was spacious and super clean. Housekeeping maintained high standards. the hotel facilities were reliable.
The food was sometimes repetitive. A little more variety would have been appreciated. the structure of the all-inclusive meal times was also very rigid. snacks between meals were limited.

the hotel is excellently located. It is just a short walk to the beach and the main resort area. this made exploring the area convenient and easy for accessing various attractions and services.

The rooms were cleaned daily. This. I found the receptionists very friendly. They were also professional. I appreciated the full board option. The drinks flowed well, and the food was lovely.
The walls are too thin, i could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms.

the room was small, REALLY small , and it felt cramped. the noise at night was also annoying. teens were blasting music from their balconies at late hours , preventing sleep.

the room was spacious with a nice balcony, it was quite cheap too. the supermarket across the road was very convenient. i found the beach was only a short, pleasant walk away.
