immaculately maintained groundsuncomfortable bedcockroach presence
The grounds were immaculately maintained. My son REALLY enjoyed the evening trolley that drove through the hotel.
The bed was UNCOMFORTABLE. Cockroaches were present, though insecticide was provided under the sink. Towels were exchanged only once during our seven-night stay, not at all in the other apartment we booked for our family. The room was not cleaned at all .

the apartment had a functional kitchen. it included a toaster and washing machine. the resort offered free parking near the building.
the walls seemed thin and i could hear neighbors.

dirty roomracist remarks
the cleanliness was not great there was hair on the bed and mucus on the walls. the staff didn't seem to care about my sister in law's fall on the wet floor. when we tried to use a pool the manager said we couldn't even though check in staff told us we could that was frustrating.
