I found my room clean upon arrival. The hotel's location is quite convenient. It's a short walk to both the beach and the town center. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff . They always had a smile and were eager to assist with any questions i had.

i really enjoyed my stay the rooms were very clean the housekeeping teams visited daily i had a family superior room which was a perfect size i loved that the pools were swept and cleaned every morning too it felt great i found breakfast had a good selection it was varied and well cooked
the hill to get to the beach can be a little steep i had to be careful

the restaurant had lots of different food choices it seemed they offered different choices every day the buffet was very nice and i thought the food was really good i really liked laura in the restaurant she entertained my little one

there were two good sized swimming pools one was mainly for adults it seemed the lower pool also had two children's pools i used the courtesy room to shower and i found the hotel staff booked me a taxi which arrived quickly

the hotel is close to the beach and the main road i found shops and bars were close by too i could easily walk to the commercial center and paloma park the hotel has a very good location in general

The cleaning standards were excellent. Staff were very kind. The restaurant service is really good, I loved that it offered a wide range of foods.
My bathroom was very outdated with mould on the tiles. A terrible stench kept coming up from the drains. There was not much soundproofing, I could hear everything.

I received room keys quickly upon arrival. Our room had sufficient space for everyone. The sea and pools offered a beautiful view from the third floor.
The all-inclusive drinks at the bar were of lower quality. Paying extra got you a blended cocktail.

I found the reception team offered a warm welcome. Stuart and Zen were helpful and were a credit to the hotel. Virginia, the Guest Manager, was present most days and did a good job assisting guests. Housekeeping teams visited daily to keep the bedrooms spotlessly CLEAN.
I noticed the entertainment started late, around 915 PM, and lasted only 45 minutes. This seemed short.

The recently refurbished restaurant had a HUGE selection to chose from. The quality of food was excellent, and the choice available was great. I found plenty of options available each day. Fresh fruit and vegetables were always offered.

The hotel had an ideal position a few minutes walk from the beach. A short walk also lead to the commercial centre and Paloma Park. A taxi rank was nearby. THAT was really useful. A bus stop was available for travel to Málaga.

the double room we had was modern. the beds were very comfortable (i slept like a baby). there were five english tv channels. i would happily stay here again, but would probably stay half board next time.
there was no kettle in the room. every channel was working apart from the english ones on my last night. i would have liked a kettle.
