the location was convenient. the main train station was right across the road. i found the staff to be friendly. cristina, sara, and simone were especially helpful.
the air conditioner was quite loud. it did not cool the room effectively, unfortunately. also, the shower lacked a curtain. water went everywhere, inconvenient.

I found the staff well-behaved and helpful, which i greatly appreciated. the luggage locker space was convenient for storing my belongings after checking out. the variety of options at breakfast made for an amazing morning. It really enhanced my stay.
the air-conditioning was quite loud, a little difficult to sleep soundly. this was definitely the biggest inconvenience , and i hope they can address it soon.

The hotel's location is ideal, very close to the train station. I could quickly access transportation and nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered my questions about local transport options.

the location is very convenient since it is next to the main train station. the bathroom was quite clean and the room itself was clean. i found the location ideal, also the cleanliness (it was quite a large space). the breakfast buffet was worth it. (the croissants were delicious!)

The hotel is very close to the main train station which was quite convenient. The staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean. Security felt good. I noticed police presence near the terminal, so walking around at night felt relatively safe.
