The staff was polite. I appreciated that a lot. The location was great, offering easy access to local attractions (it really helped). I found my room to be very clean upon arrival. I also liked the location.
I noticed some noise coming from outside during the evening. It did disrupt my sleep a little.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful . The room had tea, coffee, and biscuits, a nice touch. I found the location to be convenient with walking distance to the seafront and the shopping centre.
