The room was clean. A small fridge was very convenient. The bathroom was clean and included all necessary comforts. Location was great, and it was easy to reach main attractions. I also appreciate the big portable fan since the weather was hot.
The shower head need descaling.

prompt communication was appreciated. i found a fridge in the room, great after a beach visit. our room was quiet because it was at the top. wifi in the room was reliable. i received welcome water when i arrived.
The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. Bedroom windows steamed up.

the self-check-in process was simple and easy to manage. i didn't meet the staff, but directions and instructions were easy to follow.

my room had a little coffee area by the window and a fridge. tea and coffee provisions were available in the room, this added convenience. i noticed a new toilet, sink, kettle, and fridge in the room.

the location offered easy access to nearby cafes. the room included tea, coffee, and milk. the provided towels were sufficient and i found complimentary body washes in the shower.
my room faced some back stairs, which i found grimy. there was no closet, only a pole with few hangers. i also found items left by previous guests, which questioned the thoroughness of the cleaning.
