mixed experience, some issues present

acceptable locationweak water flowdusty windows
the location was acceptable being near the sea.
The room showed definite signs of aging. It requires considerable maintenance. the two-hole tap had a noticeably weak cold water flow, and the pressure was unstable, quite difficult to use. the windows were very dusty upon arrival. Some appliances in the room were not functioning properly either.
