the location is quite good near the zoo bus stops are nearby too i walked to the shopping area easily the staff was friendly and helpful they gave great service i enjoyed the breakfast buffet it had many options i especially liked the black-out curtains in the room they ensured total darkness
the room was a bit small there was not much space to store things for two people

I found the staff quite hospitable. check-in was smooth. the location is vivid. it is near food, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. the room size fit me well. It was a standard twin room. hot water was available, and the reception was also available.
the room temp was hard to regulate. sometimes it was too cold! sometimes too hot, even with adjusting the thermostat.

the hotel is on a bus route! a stop is just outside. it is a short distance from a shopping area and a zoo. there is a supermarket nearby, great for picking up essentials.

The staff were amazing. i arrived super late and they took care of everything quickly. the room lighting was also pretty fantastic. i loved the nespresso machine. It really made my mornings!
the bed wasn't super comfy (i'm pretty picky, though). the pillows weren't the best either. it was sometimes hard to control the room temperature, a bit annoying. it was either too cold or too hot, even after i tried messing with the thermostat.

The staff was friendly and helpful! They let me keep my bike in my room. The hotel location is good. It is close to many shops.
The AC unit did not work well. I had to crack the window open to cool down the room. The bed was pretty worn. I could feel the springs when I slept.

The hotel was immaculate. it was very comfortable for me and my son. Our room was quiet and Super clean. I was charmed by the higher standard compared to other hotels I know. Breakfast selection was lovely, meats, fruits, sausages, bacon, eggs, beans, yogurts, oats, seeds, pastries, juices, etc.
