The location was convenient, close to public transportation, made getting around fairly easy.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I noticed some dust in the room and the coffee machine wasn't working properly. This detracted from the overall experience. I had expected better attention to detail.

the room was super clean. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well (which is rare for me in hotels). the laundromat on site was a definite plus. it made it easy to refresh my clothes after a few days of travel.
the pillows were uncomfortably stiff for me. there was no tripod to place the suitcase on. i also noted there was no iron or ironing board in the room, which would have been helpful.

The team was nice and helpful.
There was an issue with the heating. The room was cold. A cover blocked the warmth, which annoyed me. Another day, staff left the window open after cleaning when it was -4°C outside, a major oversight I feel. The bed was small, impacting my sleep (I REALLY wanted to rest).
