I enjoyed the room design and large windows. our room faced the main street. the staff was helpful. They spoke english well, answering all my questions about public transport and tickets (they found the best options!). they provide free coffee between 2 pm and 8 pm, which i (really!) appreciated.
the pillows were not very comfortable.

The location is near a main station. Restaurants, shops, and a laundry are also nearby. accessing facilities was easy. this location is suitable for exploring the surrounding area and reaching public transport.

the location was good, close to the metro station , providing easy access to various parts of the city.
the room's decor felt quite dated and worn , which wasn't ideal. daily cleaning seemed minimal , only involving straightening the bedding. additionally , the bathroom had mold and the ventilation wasn't working , which was pretty disappointing.

the staff was friendly! i arrived earlier than expected and they gave me access to my room since it was available. i loved that the breakfast room was open to guests in the afternoons! it had complementary coffee and cake. the location was also good because it was very near a u-bahn station!
i found the pillows to be terrible! it was impossible to sleep on them. it said parking was free when it wasn't! you had to make a parking reservation in advance.
