The room was clean. I appreciated the complimentary coffee. The hotel accommodated a parcel I sent before my arrival. The laundry room included one washer and one dryer.
The shower's water pressure was not very strong.

i found the cleanliness to be lacking. the room and corridors needed more thorough cleaning. i also observed the air conditioning struggled to cool the room sufficiently, it felt stuffy.

vibrant heartuseful washing machineflavorful coffee
the location proved really good, right in the vibrant heart of myeongdong. the eleventh floor housed a very useful washing machine and dryer. a coffee machine dispensed flavorful coffee, and a microwave was available for reheating food. i found the proximity to everything very helpful.
the shower head pressure was somewhat insufficient for a comfortable shower, though not a major inconvenience.

the room was adequately spacious for two people, with a clean bathroom. i noted strong water pressure from the shower and a good quality hair dryer. the layout was quite functional.

the hotel provided a coffee machine in a common areawith complimentary hot coffee. there were many restaurants just outside of the building! i liked that there was a wide selection of options.

the front desk staff were helpful and fluent in english, which greatly facilitated check-in and check-out. the staff seemed genuinely helpful with inquiries, which i appreciated. communication was simple.
