the staff allowed me to leave my motorbike early, providing secure parking round back. stephen even contacted me later that day to say my room was ready. i found my room really clean. the staff was always approachable and very helpful.
i noticed a small lack of soundproofing in my room. noise from the corridor disturbed my sleep a little bit.

this place has off-street parking available . a public swimming pool sits directly across the street, offering early morning swims from 6.30am. access to keys and the room proved simple.

my room included complimentary snacks and drinks. the king-sized bed provided plenty of space and comfort. i appreciated the fan provided in the room for added comfort .

the communal lounge featured a drinks station. it offered water, tea, and coffee to all guests. additional snacks also were available at no extra cost in this area.

the room was very nice and neat. lots of extras were available , including a lounge with a coffee machine and snacks.
I was disappointed we never actually met any staff except for a brief encounter with the owner cleaning as we departed. it would have been nice to have a more personal welcome upon arrival. the shared bathrooms situation wasn't ideal. Five rooms sharing two bathrooms felt a bit cramped.

The location is quite convenient. It is near Poole Park and a short walk to the harbor (about 20 minutes).
Soundproofing was not great (I could hear some noise from the corridor).

the location was convenient to reach local attractions. free water bottles were a nice touch.
the room i booked had very thin walls. i could hear every word from the adjacent room. this made it hard to sleep before midnight i found it very disturbing. also, the breakfast area was really small and got crowded.
