central stay

allocated parkinghospitality trayclothes hanging spaceexcellent mattress
the allocated parking made arrival smooth. my room included a generous hospitality tray and a fridge which was useful. i found lots of clothes hanging space, always a plus for longer stays. the mattress felt excellent and i slept very well (it made such a difference).
i noticed the shower head was too heavy for the pole and stayed at the bottom.

Adequate stay overall

spacious roomhelpful staffceiling lightwater marks
The room was spacious and bright. I appreciated the rainfall shower in the bathroom. It was a really nice touch. The location is convenient with many shops nearby and public transport readily available. I found the staff very helpful and polite .
I didn't like the ceiling light. It was at the end of the room and required a lamp shade. I noticed water marks on the ceiling. They were clearly visible. The curtains needed to be closed always since there was no netting or blinds, and the windows faced directly onto a door and balcony.

Decent location, some issues present.

heavy shower headplumbing issues
The shower head was oddly heavy. It wouldn't stay up on the pole, so it was hard to wash my hair, ugh. Doors banging all night long really kept me awake. I don't understand what the reason was? The toilet needed multiple flushes, and at 3 AM, the radiators started gurgling. This hotel definitely has plumbing issues.

Adequate but with Issues

convenient locationno air conditioningmisleading description
The location was convenient to the sea.
The room I was assigned felt quite run down. It lacked air conditioning, so it was very hot. There was also no staff present. It resembled more of a hostel than a proper hotel. I feel the website should clarify it is not a traditional hotel.

Convenient stay close to the sea

excellent locationhandy fridgehot water
The location is excellent I found. It is an easy walk to the beach and the pier. The room had a fridge which i considered a bonus. I also appreciated the plentiful hot water in the shower, after a long day.
The front door was slightly noisy when other guests entered or left.
Dining

The hotel lacked a restaurant. several restaurants are located nearby. Guests can easily find dining options within walking distance. These venues offer diverse culinary experiences.
Service

Check-in was fuss free I observed. Instructions were clear for accessing the hotel. I did not require any assistance . This added to the seamless experience.

Clean rooms near the beach

clean roomhot waterunderfloor heating
The location is convenient, offering easy access to the beach. The room was clean and well-kept. I especially liked the availability of both an iron and a fan in the room. Hot water was consistently available, which i appreciated.
My room felt too warm, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom seemed to contribute to this. While there was a fan provided, it only offered limited relief. Sleeping comfortably was a challenge because of the heat.
Rooms
9/10
The room was clean and has adequate hot water. An iron and a fan are available. Renovated rooms are on the right hand side of the building.
Service
9/10
Access to the building is code-protected. The instructions were clear and easy to manage. The lady running the reception was helpful and very nice.
Facilities
8/10
The gym features adequate equipment (i saw several machines). There are no staff on site.
Dining
