Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests often praise the tastefully decorated rooms, some even featuring a little kitchen, as seen in the Portland suite, or useful amenities like a washing machine, making them suitable for families. The hearty, freshly prepared breakfast, including a full English option, is another highlight, although continental preferences might find choices slightly limited. While most appreciate the convenient location with a bus stop right outside for easy access to Weymouth, a few guests have occasionally noted noise from the street.

EXCELLENT Stay, HIGHLY Recommend!

beautiful roomtea coffeeeggs benedicthelpful staff
We stayed in the beautiful double room bath. The room included toiletries. tea, coffee, and biscuits. Breakfast had a good choice. The eggs benedict were AMAZING! The staff was very cute and helpful (even with Bonnie, our boxer dog!).
The room was REALLY hot. The window didn't open more than four inches.
Location
9/10
The hotel is located approximately a 20-minute walk from the sea. Alternatively, guests can reach it in about 8 minutes by bus. This makes it conveniently accessible to nearby attractions and the seafront.
Service
10/10
The staff prepared an evening meal for a member of our group after the kitchen had officially closed (how thoughtful!). They really were great too. I am so appreciative.

the staff were super friendly. they provided many nice touches for example a selection of teas, coffees and snacks in the room. the room was super clean and the bed was super comfortable
the photos online were misleading. breakfast was disappointing there was no fruit juice or yoghurts. they only had a choice of rice crispies or cornflake mini boxes. no decaff coffee was available at breakfast too

The breakfast included a good full English option. I found a nice gift bag in my room with ear plugs and a sleep mask. A sweet touch. The building seemed decorated tastefully. Staff members helped me when I asked them questions.
My room felt a little too hot, and I could not open the window more than a few inches.
