The staff were friendly. The breakfast offered was VERY good. I also found it a gentle 15 minute walk to the pier and centre. Access to local shops and eateries was good.

The layout of the room had two extra beds. These beds seemed to take the place of a sofa and dressing table. Windows rattled, and the tv was across half of the mirror. I could not use the mirror because there was a bed in the way!

The staff were so friendly, it. The location was indeed perfect, near the beach. The room was cozy, and the shower had AMAZING hot water. The dog-friendly accommodation was a BIG plus for me.

The noise levels from the pub went on until late at night, a little louder than i expected.

The proximity to the beach is Really good. A short walk allowed easy access to the sandy shores. Public transport is convenient, with buses running every few minutes.

The location provides easy access to both the beach and town center. The pub and the traditional fish and chips shop are located on the premises. The staff were helpful. I found parking available upon arrival.

The tea tray had limited supplies for more than one drink. It was a minor inconvenience.

I found the staff cute and helpful. The breakfast offered good options and the evening meals were also quite enjoyable. My room had a comfortable bed and adequate size for my needs. Its central location was convenient for getting around.

The hotel parking was limited. I had to use nearby expensive car parks. It did increase the overall cost of my stay.
