some issues i faced
lack of hand soapdirty floor
the lack of hand soap in the room was a real letdown. i dont understand why they dont provide it, its a basic thing. also, the floor in the apartment wasnt very clean. my socks turned brown after only a couple of days. it reminded me of the cleaning was not properly done and its really disappointing

I found the staff very cute and efficient. Check-in was smooth, and all information was clearly provided. The location is superb. It is directly on the beach. The proximity to local shops and transport links is also a plus.
The noise level was a concern. Guests were sometimes loud late at night. Doors were often slammed shut. This disrupted sleep.

The room was not as clean as expected. I found some issues with cleanliness. The fridge looked rusty and was broken. Daily cleaning was absent. This seemed rather cheap considering the extra charge for an additional guest.

i found a great pool area for the kids. restaurants offer varied food. prices were good too. the evening entertainment was a nice touch. the animation team was amazing with the kids! i was happy to see many sunbeds available.
some derelict buildings with graffiti were around the area, i didn't like the urban mix.

I found the reception area staffed by a professional team ready to assist. My room had beautiful furnishings, including a very clean kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I liked the pristine white linen and tasteful soft furnishings. The kitchen had modern appliances and everything needed for a self-catering holiday.
I noticed paint chipping near the air conditioning unit in my room, a very minor issue.

our apartment included a kettle and microwave. the reception staff was very friendly. they answered all of our questions. there were many sun loungers available. the onsite restaurant staff was excellent.
The beach right outside the apartments is rocky. a sandy beach is a short walk away.

the apartments are a short walk from a water taxi. the water taxi is about ten minutes away and costs €5 per person. a lovely beach is about a twenty-minute walk. plenty of shops and restaurants are in the area.

the cleaning staff came three times during our five-day stay. they were very pleasant and helpful. reception staff was always available and happy to assist. all staff interactions were positive and efficient.
