spacious room lovely deck powerful shower helpful staff

The room was spacious with a lovely deck. the shower had good pressure. the pool area was clean with enough space for everyone. the staff were really helpful and friendly. They helped find a suitable room.

the bar closed early at 6 pm, limiting opportunities for evening drinks at the hotel.

Staff were helpful and friendly, I got quick help. Location is really perfect, shops are nearby! The pool area included lots of sun beds and a nice relaxed vibe.

Breakfast was the same every day, I would have liked more variety.

the daily room cleaning was thorough. breakfast offered variety and filled me up for the day. the proximity to transport options really helped with exploring. i also found the inclusion of breakfast quite a bonus.

sound insulation was lacking, so i sometimes heard noise from adjacent rooms, slightly disruptive.

The room i booked wasn't the room i got, so i was disappointed! the entrance stairway carpets looked tired, they need to redo them. The staff weren't overly friendly either.

The pool area was a dream. i lounged on the comfy sunbeds. the location was perfect. The beach, shops, and restaurants were close. the bar prices were fair!

the air conditioning did not work well. the room was warm. it only provided a small amount of air. it should be repaired.
