the breakfast offered a lot of variety and everything tasted fresh. the location was very convenient as it was close to the beach and public transport. the room provided was spacious and had all necessary amenities i needed.

the check-in process was a bit slow due to only one staff member available.

i found the breakfast buffet selection good it had plenty to choose from. the room was an adequate size with plenty of space and the bathroom was too. the location worked well for me as it was close to a shopping mall the castell de santa barbara the beach and marina.

the pool facility seemed very poor to me it had very few umbrellas in intense heat. staff seemed not very friendly. this hotel feels very outdated.

The breakfast featured many choices. I especially liked the pancake machine. The view was nice from the tenth floor window. It faced the streets but my room was quiet. The room size was good. Cleaners cleaned it well everyday.

I thought the staff seemed too eager to charge extra for small things.

The hotel is near public transport options. The tram stops right outside the hotel. The bus stop is very close by too. I was able to walk to the main beach in less than fifteen minutes.

The location is great. There is an 8-minute walk to the beach. A tram station is right next to the hotel and is super convenient. Breakfast has lots of variety and good quality. Housekeeping redid our bed and gave fresh towels every day.

I was not allocated a room with either upon arrival. Reception explained that only rooms have this option and none were available for my stay. The air conditioning was broken for my entire stay, so the room was very hot.
