the staff was really helpful. the lounge area seemed excellent and very comfortable. i found a wide range of board games were available and its good. the pool water temperature was perfect, i thought.
the room i was in wasn't like what i saw advertised online. the hotel look tired. parking outside had issues, it seemed terrible. you can park in a residential area, but there is liability for damages.

the building had plenty of seating areas downstairs. the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and were friendly in the bar and restaurant. our room was very spacious, offering great views and i found a coffee machine, along with a kettle and ample supplies.. the buffet breakfast presented a good variety, catering to all tastes. the food in both the bar and restaurant was nicely presented.
the pictures online are misleading. the carpet looked old and stained. i noticed the flooring was not level, it creaked. i was afraid to know what was beneath the carpet.

the room had double aspect windows providing pleasing views from the second floor. it was clean and the added value of the views enhanced my stay. the bed was comfortable and there was availability of tea and coffee.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. i was able to change rooms thanks to a responsive staff member and i am grateful for their assistance. the staff in the dining room were nice and friendly.

the location of the hotel is excellent and provides beautiful views from the rooms. it is also within easy walking distance to the main street. the hotel's position is a little elevated out of the village, nice for views and plenty of outdoor space.

I found the provided breakfast had various options and hot selections. The pool area included a functional jacuzzi. The staff addressed every request. My room was always cleaned, and the housekeepers were thorough.
The corridors seemed to need some paint touch-ups in a few places i noticed.

The restaurant offered a range of choices. It included both buffet and a la carte options. Breakfast featured gluten-free options. I appreciated that the dining area was spacious, nice for a relaxed atmosphere. i saw that high chairs were readily available for families.

The hotel has convenient parking in front. The grounds had well kept gardens with seating areas. The hotel's position gave quick access to main attractions. the surrounding area was quiet. The nothing noisy was appreciated.

The room was a good size and the bar area was nice. The lounge and restaurant were also good. I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included a good variety and tasted freshly cooked.
I found the hotel to be a little uphill from the town.

Each staff member i encountered was very helpful and courteous. I observed responsive staff members, and they looked to accommodate all tastes. They were also able to change rooms quickly, showing great attention to guest needs.

I found ample parking! It includes disabled-friendly spaces. The staff were cute and very efficient. They worked well as a team! The food was excellent. There was a good choice and prompt service.

the staff were very attentive and cute. the dinner was excellent, and i congratulate the chefs!!! waiting staff were well trained. the bar staff were very friendly too.
the hotel sells that it's a short walk into town, but this isn't true unless you go down some man-made steps.
