Check-in began precisely at 3 pm. This was the only time available! the bed in my room was comfortable and i found the bathroom very clean. It had a tidy appearance. breakfast was abundant and very tasty. I really enjoyed it. the staff exhibited helpfulness and friendliness!
I discovered that the shower and toilet are integrated. This creates a humid environment if the shower is not used promptly.

the location was good.
the hallway had a bad smell and old lumpy carpet, it was not pleasant! everything seemed to need a paint job. the window did not open, i felt suffocated after a shower because the bathroom fan did not work.

The location proved very convenient. it was a short walk to the castle and royal mile (everything felt very accessible). the staff was helpful and efficient. They swiftly provided an extension cord when requested. the room was clean. This ensured a comfortable visit.
i noticed a delay during check-in. there were several guests waiting.
