A decent stay overall

The room was very clean, and the facilities looked quite new. I could see the Matterhorn during the clear weather (I really enjoyed it). Check-in was easy, and the host responded quickly to my questions.
The pillows were not comfortable. I had to use a jumper under my pillow. My room was hot like a greenhouse.

I found the self check-in process very convenient and easy to manage. The room included a microwave and kettle, quite useful. I also appreciated the cleanliness, as everything felt new and well-kept. Luggage storage was available. It was an added convenience.
The pillows were not very comfortable, so I had to make adjustments for a good night's rest.
