Excellent Stay in the Mountains
breakfast buffet helpful staff
The breakfast buffet had a LOT of choices. It included smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, AMAZING!!! The hotel helped me when I left early. The staff even prepared a breakfast bag when I took the Glacier Express Train at 7:52.
The room allowed SOME outside noise. I heard people laughing and yelling from the bar terrace. This prevented me from sleeping until late at night.

Breakfast includes many options, such as fresh fruit and pastries. gluten-free alternatives are available upon request, catering to different dietary needs, VERY important. The breakfast area is bright and spacious, with large windows.

Acceptable, but some issues to note
poor soundproofing soft mattress
The location was central and convenient for accessing local amenities.
The room was not soundproofed properly. Noises from a nearby bar kept me awake late. the mattress was far too soft. The duvet trapped heat making sleep difficult.

soft mattress basic breakfast
the room i had was not soundproof. noise from a bar terrace below stoped me from sleeping until late at night. the mattress felt too soft, so quality of sleep was not good. breakfast was basic too, i expected more from that.
