Camilla, the receptionist, welcomed me warmly and gave helpful instructions at check-in. the hotel staff remained supportive when i was stranded due to weather. They kept us updated and showed patience. the hotel offered a simple but satisfying breakfast each morning (i especially liked the fresh bread).
The room lighting was somewhat dim. It was a little hard to see well at times.

the receptionist provided clear, helpful instructions upon arrival. the staff prioritized my room which was ready in an hour. the staff was helpful, and showed great patience (i asked many questions).
