The reception staff were very kind. they directed me exactly where to park my car. they also found a room for me that didn't have too many stairs. This was very helpful. the cleaner was also kind and made sure i had enough supplies and fresh towels when i asked.
the building smelled a bit strange. it had a noticeable odor upon entering, and i found the smell lingering in the room too.
