The location was spot on for planned events along Oxford Road. The surrounding area seemed very quiet offering a peace all around. Parking was available and easy to find, a definite plus. Staff members proved friendly and cute, always ready to assist.
I did notice the towel rail in the bathroom was on full. There were no controls available to adjust it.

The room was a bit rough, i must say. there were some questionable stains on the carpet, and one of the lamps didn't work. the noise from the street was pretty loud! all night too, so sleeping was a bit of a challenge. the bathroom was also quite small. I barely had room to turn around in there..

the staff were so helpful, carrying my suitcase upstairs, which i appreciated. the location was very convenient, near restaurants and with good parking available. my room was quite spacious, i found, and they accommodated my request for a later checkout. the bed was comfortable, i slept well.
the hallway did have a slight smell of weed.

the security was very visible and effective. parking was available and convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. cleanliness was well maintained in all areas i used.
some minor wear and tear was noticeable in the room i stayed in.
